Overview
The famous Ethiopian film producer Tesfaye Djara opened this park in 1987 with the dual aim of creating an evergreen environment that would inspire writers and artists and that could be used as a film set. It is open to all for a small entrance fee. The park is home to many different species of birds that flock to the undisturbed natural environment. There are more than 60 types of trees, including berbira, korch and girar. As well as flora and fauna, the park boasts a theater and music hall with 250 seats and a bar.
