  • Arrange statement of accounts for staff debtors and Trade debtors & communicate them for the collection
  • Fixed asset reconciliation, fixed asset register cards versus financial ledger.
  • Fixed asset reconciliation, fixed asset inventory versus fixed asset register card.
  • Calculating the correct figure of accumulated depreciation and depreciation expense of the years.
  • Arrange Monthly bank reconciliation
  • Determining exact balance of short term and long terms loans.
  • Aging of account receivable.
  • Reconciliation of general ledger versus subsidiary ledger.
  • Determining expired and an expired portion of insurance premium.
  • Any other related duties assigned by the his/her line manger
