La Source Guest House is located on off Meskel Flower Road, near Adot Tina Hotel. It's a family guest house and it's clean and new. A single room will cost you around 280 bir (20$) with a light breakfast. Inside the room there is shower, a fridge which is not connected, a TV set with satellite channels. The breakfast is included but there is not too much to select: 2 pieces of toast bread, omelet and tea/coffee. It is a good place for families and couples. Outside the hotel, you have the choice of going towards the Meskel Flower Road which is not well developed or cross, only during the daytime, towards Adot Tina Hotel, then the bushes to the railway tracks until you see Al Ruha Restaurant and on Ethio-China St. which will take you to Bole Africa Avenue.
