A visit to the small church museum nearby is recommended (a donation of 10 Birr per person is expected), and the church school of music (aquaquam) and poetry (qine). On Saturday and Tuesday mornings, a short walk to Ankober market is an exciting excursion. It is also interesting to visit local farmers in their houses and share a cup of coffee with them. A donation of 20 Birr per person or 30 Birr per couple would be greatly appreciated.
