My name is Abiyou Girma Tamirat and I am a qualified and licensed lawyer. I obtained Bachelor of Laws (LLB), my first degree, from Saint Marry's University, Faculty of Law, in June 2007 and my master's degree (MA), from Addis Ababa University Faculty of Law specializing in areas of Human Rights in 2012.
