Our Services
Warranty
All products under warranty period are properly registered and guaranteed for all factory defects or the time specified on our sales agreement. Free service and technical support would be given throughout the warranty period. Service contract after the warranty period can be signed with DCL to ensure machines continue to function properly for a long period of time.
After Sales Service Facility by DCL
DCL has a well established technical support section which gives after sales service support in Ethiopia. The technical section is located at Bole sub-city in Addis and is fully capable of providing full technical support.
Equipped with technical professionals which are capable of providing efficient and prompt technical support to clients, DCL is ready to provide service support at clients premises as well as at its main office. Our technical staffs undergo numerous training from suppliers and all staffs of our workshop are well trained, reliable and experienced.
All products of Canon, Gestetner, REXEL NOBO & Kindermann such us copiers, copy-printers, plotters, color and laser printers, Fax machines, scanners, Multi-functional machines, calculators, LCD projectors and digital cameras can be serviced at our facility.

DCL Trading PLC Provides rental service for various office products such as copiers, faxes, printers, multifunctionals, projectors, screens, flip chart stands, etc at a very reasonable rate. The rental products are all in excellent working condition and we provide delivery and installation along with standby operators or service personnel when required.
