Strategic Objectives
Improve the growth and development of 250 infant and toddler abandoned children (aged, 0-4 years) at orphanage centers;
Improve the living conditions of 250 OVC by addressing their physical, material, social emotional, education and health needs at orphanage centers
Address the education and economic needs of 100 low income illiterate women with basic literacy and numeracy skills through alternative non-formal education as well as through provision of apprenticeship and small scale income generating schemes
Improve the livelihoods of 5000 people from the local communities by having them access to social service (communal latrines and kitchens) and agricultural irrigation schemes
Promote national and international adoptions through child-sponsorship initiatives based on international and national conventions, declarations and legal instruments
Build the institutional capacity of TLLM to render services of high quality to the intended clients
